Biography
Scott Davis is the Director, Application Services, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Scott is responsible for learning services including Blackboard, web services, the university portal, e-mail/calendar services, business applications, imaging and records management. VCU is a public research university located in Richmond, the state capital of Virginia. VCU has more than 28,000 students, employs over 9,000 faculty and staff plus 6,000 health care workers spread over 166 buildings.
