Biography
Scott M. Thede is the lead IT Manager for the Academic areas of Ferris State University, located in Big Rapids, Michigan, where he plays a significant role in the strategic support of information technology. Recent projects include a campus-wide call tracking software implementation, IT disposal, and campus-wide enterprise managed antivirus implementation.
