Ted Bross

Biography

Ted Bross is the Senior Director of the Center for Data, Analytics and Reporting (CeDAR) at Princeton University. He has been at Princeton since 1999, serving in a number of professional IT roles. Prior to Princeton, he worked as the Associate Director of Institutional Research at the University of Pennsylvania, and both the Director of Administrative Computing and Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Thomas Jefferson University (Pennsylvania). Ted has served on two PeopleSoft PAG groups, first as a member of the Campus Community PAG and more recently on the Reporting PAG. During the last four years he has been a member of the Higher Education Data Warehouse Board, having served as President in 2009-2010. Ted has a bachelor's degree from Lafayette College and a Master's degree from Columbia as well as a doctorate from Rutgers University in Adult Development and Learning. He has presented at more than 30 professional conferences and has had numerous papers published in professional journals. Ted has been in the classroom for the past 30 years, teaching courses in Research Methodology, Applied Statistics and Information Systems in addition to serving as Master's and Doctoral thesis advisor to hundreds of graduate students.
