Dr. Tracey Leger-Hornby has over 20 years of experience in higher education as an administrator, librarian and technology specialist and provides managerial consulting expertise in these areas. Tracey served as Dean of Library Services at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Prior to WPI, Tracey was Associate CIO at Brandeis University, Director of the Regina Library at Rivier College in Nashua, New Hampshire and preceding that worked in the Simmons College Libraries for many years.

Dr. Leger-Hornby served on the Board of Trustees of the Northeast Regional Computing Program (NERCOMP) from 1994 to 2006 and held the offices of Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary. She is co-leader of the Professional Development Constituency Group, serves on the EDUCAUSE Quarterly Editorial Board and was a member of the FRYE Institute Class of 2003. She was a member of the EDUCAUSE Professional Development Committee and a contributing author of the EDUCAUSE e-book entitled Cultivating Careers: Professional Development for Campus IT.

Dr. Leger-Hornby received her Ph.D. from Boston College, her Master of Library Service degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Simmons College. Her doctoral research focused on women's attitudes toward computers and the implementation of technology in higher education.
