Service oriented IT Professional. Dedicated to helping streamline business processes with OnBase to support the mission of NIU and promote data informed decision making.
I support the team of developers for NIU's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) application; OnBase. We're engaged in helping NIU meet its goals of increasing productivity, efficiency, satisfaction and effectiveness by converting paper driven processes into OnBase electronic workflow solutions.

My duties include:
•Managing projects and assignments within the team and manage vendor relationships for products
•Ensure appropriate staffing, skill availability and performance; develop staff and create a team oriented environment
•Ensure budget and cost containment; measure financial performance and cost of services
•Evaluate existing applications and practices and make recommendations for improvements
•Drive digital strategies, evaluate existing applications, and optimize document-centric business processes
