The Director/Associate Director ensures the EDUCAUSE online programs and ELI portfolio content support and advance the Teaching, Learning, and Professional Development Department's overall strategic priorities and serves member needs with excellence in online learning experiences including program design and creation, program delivery, and advising senior leadership on methods for improving or enhancing member engagement and aligning services with member needs.

-- The role of Director of Online Programs is responsible for strategic oversight, effective learning design, and efficient creation and delivery of effective programs across the EDUCAUSE online professional development portfolio to meet association's goal of delivering outstanding online learning experiences that deliver and enhance member value.

-- The role of EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative (ELI) Associate Director is responsible for overseeing the execution of ELI programming, growing membership, and working to organize, manage, and disseminate information developed through ELI events and publications to meet the goal of maintaining ELI as the premier organization for teaching and learning with technology, building relevant community, and retaining its standing as an innovator.
