Bill Shell
Biography
Bill Shell is the Director of IT Business Operations in the Division of Information Technology at Eastern Michigan University. He has over 20 years of experience providing for information, computer and network resource needs. Bill enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines, coming together to determine and implement plans to achieve group and organizational objectives. He has worked in a variety of environments including public university, small private college and corporate. He has also provided consulting services for K12 and state and local government. Bill has a BA in Computer Science from Hope College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.EDUCAUSE Presentations
