ARTstor, eight partner colleges and universities, and the Society of Architectural Historians are collaborating to develop a new web-based enterprise-level image management platform called "Shared Shelf." Attendees will learn about the platform's four main components (cataloging, asset management, controlled vocabulary warehouse, and publishing) and will have the opportunity to run through and comment on a test script for the for the Shared Shelf vocabulary warehouse. ARTstor will also present the ongoing development process, including the results of the first round of usability testing by our partner institutions, specific examples of community-generated requirements, and the project's status.
