Leaping into the Clouds: Different Philosophies and Approaches to Hosted E-Mail and Collaborative Software Solutions

With IT departments experiencing severe cuts in staffing and technology resources, tough fiscal decisions had to be made to achieve a balanced budget while still maintaining a certain level of service.
