Project Portfolio Management: Changes in Process, Changes in Culture Whether you're implementing a new process or redesigning an old one, cultural change is a common challenge. With similar goals of building consensus, improving alignment with university goals, adding transparency, increasing collaboration, and improving the balance of work, both Edinboro University and Carnegie Mellon University recently developed new project portfolio management processes. Join us as we share our roadmaps to creating these new processes and our challenges with cultural change. We'll open the floor to discussion about your institution's experiences, both challenges and successes.
