Working with others can be very challenging, especially in large, multilayer organizations. Managing processes up and across an organization requires special skills that can be difficult to acquire, and many of the underlying issues are subtle and complex. In this lively discussion session we will build a set of best practices and lessons learned in the development and ongoing care of complex relationships for working with those who do not report directly to you.
