Work management is all about better understanding and organizing your work. Hear from an industry expert how you can use work management to address the challenges we all face including reduced budgets and fewer resources. Loyola project managers will discuss their success at handling challenges using AtTask's project portfolio management system. They also cover the system's adoption and the obstacles they overcame. Today Loyola's PMO successfully manages projects alongside day-to-day operational and non-project-related tasks as it prepares to face the next set of hurdles.
