Presenting a unified e-mail address book for campus users on disparate messaging system is vital. Learn how the University of Maryland brings together its directories and synchronizes e-mail and contact information. Discover how to implement with minimal cost, with little work being required by department managers of the different systems, and with little impact to the user community. Attendees will gain valuable insight on enhancing e-mail functionality such as global address lists, distribution lists, calendar sharing capabilities, and the ease of sending and receiving attachments.
