After you have upgraded the software, run the diagnostics, remediated the viruses, and, of course, rebooted the computer, you can still make a difference in students' lives. There is still a need to understand students and their expectations. There is still a need to create strong partnerships with faculty, staff, and administrators. And ultimately, there is still a need to help the entire campus community dream of ways to enhance the college experience. Looking beyond the keyboard and screen, we'll take a close look at how our work can make a difference in the lives of millennial students.
