Session Type: Corporate and Campus Solutions
UW-Whitewater recognizes that the role of technology in the classroom, which has grown considerably over the past decade, is growing still. In this session, we'll detail how the College of Education is retooling the classroom experience, preparing future teachers to use technology as a platform. Specifically, we'll showcase the new video-enabled interactive collaboration lab where students experiment with new technology that's being used in the classroom, which gives them an opportunity to better understand it and how to incorporate it into curriculum. As a result, students graduate prepared to teach in any K-12 public school.
