We all face similar issues and challenges at our schools, and they don't have to be technology-based. From admissions to catalogs, we all apply the same practices and procedures. Wouldn't it be nice to cooperate in areas by getting applicable feedback, real use stories and knowledge of how users really employ their systems? A database that contains a list of products/software used at other schools, searchable by functional area, product name, etc., supplying a contact at each university that knows how the school went about evaluating, choosing, and implementing the product can be invaluable.
