Campus departments are looking to move their paper forms online. Many options exist for cloud no-code online forms development tools. Add this to existing enterprise solutions with online form and workflow capabilities, and the options are overwhelming. Our campus customers are looking to IT to provide guidance on which tools will best meet their business requirements while protecting university data and minimizing business risk. In this interactive presentation, the presenter will discuss how the University of Notre Dame approached this problem, helping narrow the options for campus customers and offering criteria that facilitate the choice among tools. Participants will be polled as to solutions in use at their schools. We will brainstorm the defining features of the tool options, with the desired outcome that attendees are armed with new ideas on how to approach the online forms movement back on their own campuses.
