Full conference registration: Your registration fee will include a refreshment break and reception on Monday, March 18; breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on Tuesday, March 19; breakfast and a refreshment break on Wednesday, March 20; and all program materials.

Single-day rate policy: Single-day rates are available for the full day Tuesday and for half days on Monday and Wednesday. You may only select the single-day option for one day; single-day rates may not be combined. If you attend the conference for more than one day, you must purchase a full conference registration.

  •  Monday or Wednesday only: Your registration fee includes refreshment breaks on either Monday or Wednesday, the reception on Monday evening (if you have a Monday registration), the breakfast on Wednesday (if you have a Wednesday registration) and all program materials.
  • Tuesday only: Your registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on Tuesday and all program materials.

*You must register and pay an additional fee for the EDUCAUSE Institute New IT Managers Program.

CIO and Executive IT Leader Roundtable, Monday, March 18, 2:30–5:00 p.m.: This is a thought-leadership roundtable limited to 35 college and university CIOs and executive IT leaders. If you are in one of the following roles on a college or university campus, this roundtable is for you.

  • CIO or senior-most IT leader
  • Senior IT manager with expanding leadership responsibilities

**Separate registration and fee are required. If you also register for the Midwest Regional conference, the Roundtable is included and you will not be charged an additional fee. You must, however, still select the Roundtable during registration.

Corporate registrations cannot be accepted for the roundtable. Learn more about participating as a thought leader in future conferences or other EDUCAUSE activities by contacting corp@educause.edu.
