Budgets have been cut this year and will be cut again next year. Simultaneously, colleges are facing unprecedented enrollment increases. In short, we are being asked to do more with less. This presentation will discuss how consortia and college-based collaborations lead to institutional cost savings, result in best practice implementations, and provide long-term, peer-based partnerships that benefit university and college communities.
