Session Type: IT Support Services
Personal response systems technology allows instructors to poll students in class and can enhance student learning by facilitating pedagogical best practices. As the technology evolves to allow students to participate via the web or remotely, new challenges arise for faculty, students, and support staff. The Academic Technology Group in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Harvard University supports teaching staff using PRS and will demonstrate PRS activities and describe the evolving support model.
