The purpose of this position is to provide support for the administrative MIS (Management Information System) and to participate in application projects. • Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field.
• Related work experience.
• Familiarity with Datatel Colleague, UNIX, AIX, SQL Server 2005, ASP.NET, C#, JAVA. • Provide technical support for the College’s Datatel Colleague system including querying the data and the data structures of the system.
• Troubleshoot the database software, software configurations and Web Portal.
• Work with College employees to design, create, implement and maintain reporting capabilities and record keeping requirements.
• Coordinate and manage software implementation projects.
• Provide basic end user training for communication of problem solving. |
