IT Architects Constituent Group

This EDUCAUSE constituent group serves as the outreach arm for Information Technology Architects in Academia (ITANA). The purpose of the discussion group is to share insights, tricks, and tips about how IT architects do their jobs-what works and what doesn't. We will compare notes on various tools (for example, UML modeling tools) and consider opportunities for collaboration such as sharing licensing arrangements and documents and establishing working groups on topics of specific interest. In sharing our campus efforts, methodologies, models, frameworks, and success stories, we hope to create a space for IT architects to expand the suite of expertise in the field and serve as a voice for IT architecture on campus. This group will meet at the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference and will use this list to discuss issues throughout the year. For more information about ITANA, please visit http://www.itana.org/.
