Informatics - 14 Resources

This term is taken to include: tools to process and make sense of large stores of data; computational and semantic systems to store and process digital data objects; applications that integrate disparate forms of data (numeric, textual, graphic, and spatial); tools for modeling, trend analysis, mapping, image processing, and the like; and workflows in which the systems are embedded.
