Campus IT Policy Workshop
July 18-19, Chicago, IL

The EDUCAUSE Campus Policy Program is undergoing a transformation and expanding its scope in order to bring more value to EDUCAUSE members, while also broadening the community of participants to those interested in higher education IT policy generally.

EDUCAUSE will be refocusing its campus policy efforts and growing its capabilities to serve as a gathering place for the community for campus policy discussions and an advocate for and organizer of campus policy-related EDUCAUSE events, conference presentations, and publications. Activities include:

a series of recurrent Workshops,
various Sessions presented at professional or association meetings (including EDUCAUSE events), and
an actively managed online Community (including the existing EDUCAUSE Policy Discussion Group mailing list; more in development).

In addition, the Campus Policy Working Group provides support and develops content under the Campus Policy Program, including best practices, FAQs, white papers, interviews, articles, presentations, etc. In addition, EDUCAUSE Policy staff and other collaborators provide additional support beyond the working group efforts.
