Tess Midkiff Director of University Library Portsmouth, Ohio UNITED STATES Tess MidkiffBiographyTess Midkiff is the Director of the Clark Memorial Library at Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio. During her term as director SSU became a founding member of OhioLINK and a new library was constructed and opened in 1991. She has held this position since 1982 when she was promoted from her position as Reference Librarian. She has a Bachelors degree in English Education from the University of Kentucky and a Masters Degree in Library Science from Simmons College.
