This seminar will provide an overview of the elements of an information security program in the areas of policy and governance, management and operations, and technology. It will emphasize practices and techniques for securing computers that are not centrally managed, including vulnerability scanning, intrusion prevention, network registration, and active security client using open source and commercial solutions.
