Every organization has a large wish list of projects it would like its staff to complete with limited resources. In order to make sure that the appropriate projects have the correct resource staffing, priority must be given to the list of projects. This session will explore building a project portfolio and ranking projects for the organization. Topics covered will include working with the customer and the university to make sure that the organization's strategic goals are met.
