The eleventh annual EDUCAUSE Southeast Regional Conference, June 1–3, 2011, in Charlotte, North Carolina, connected colleagues from the region in a successful effort to share ideas and experiences.
The program explored how it takes innovation, exemplary management skills, and a strong collaborative professional network to succeed on today's campuses as projects and services become more amorphous and/or complex and as resources diminish or disappear. This year's conference, "Working Together to Manage Increased Complexity with Finite Resources," looked at concrete ways you can "do more with less" by leveraging the benefits of networking, professional development, and applied understandings of cloud computing and other emerging trends and technologies.
