Session Type: Leading and Managing for Success
Collaboration: we all know we should do it. But how? With whom? Can we actually accomplish something better, or more, with more people involved? This presentation will give concrete examples of how processes infused with collaboration at multiple levels, with multiple frameworks (Scrum, project portfolio management, ITIL-based change management, IT governance), and with multiple purposes helped move IT forward at Wake Forest University. Audience participation will be an integral part of this session, allowing attendees the chance to hear from others and share their experiences.
