Session Type: Workshop
How can you choose a project tracking and management method that works for your institution? A successful implementation complements an institution's culture and creates a framework where the methodology and the project managers show their worth to the institution. This workshop will explore questions such as: How much complexity do you need in your systems? What level of resource tracking is appropriate for your institution? What does a project manager do? What should the role of a project manager be in the organization? How do the methodology and project managers demonstrate their contributions to the institution? We will combine presentation, discussion, and hands-on experience as we explore this topic.
