Learn about the EITS Analysis Committee and find out how to develop a similar committee. The committee's mission is to assess, create, and continuously improve the organization's systems development life cycle through the development and incorporation of proper analysis, project documentation, and diagramming templates and to make these available to all EITS employees to use in their everyday work. This entirely grassroots effort, led by frontline staff members, has resulted in numerous templates that have been incorporated into various processes throughout the organization.
