Full conference registration: Your registration fee will include a refreshment break and reception on Wednesday, May 29; breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on Thursday, May 30; breakfast and a refreshment break on May 31; and all program materials.
Single-day rate policy: Single-day rates are available for the full day Thursday and for half days on Wednesday and Friday. You may only select the single-day option for one day; single-day rates may not be combined. If you attend the conference for more than one day, you must purchase a full conference registration.
- Wednesday or Friday only: Your registration fee includes refreshment breaks on either Wednesday or Friday, the reception on Wednesday evening (if you have a Wednesday registration), the breakfast on Friday (if you have a Friday registration) and all program materials.
- Thursday only: Your registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on Thursday and all program materials.
CIO and Executive IT Leader Roundtable, Wednesday, May 29, 2:30–5:00 p.m.: This is a thought-leadership roundtable limited to 35 college and university CIOs and executive IT leaders. If you are in one of the following roles on a college or university campus, this roundtable is for you.
- CIO or senior-most IT leader
- Senior IT manager with expanding leadership responsibilities
**Separate registration and fee are required. If you also register for the Southeast Regional conference, the Roundtable is included and you will not be charged an additional fee. You must, however, still select the Roundtable during registration.
Corporate registrations cannot be accepted for the roundtable. Learn more about participating as a thought leader in future conferences or other EDUCAUSE activities by contacting corp@educause.edu.

Registration lists are provided as a service for conference attendees. The data provided in these lists may not be harvested, sold to others, incorporated into any type of database, used to generate mailing lists, or employed for any promotional purpose.
