Austin is the third-largest center for video game development in the United States. The presentation includes: going from zero to operational in a year; making the right contacts; scoping out a program; building a network of contacts; developing course descriptions and prerequisites; recruiting instructors; managing course evaluations; advising students; marketing the program; learning via course evaluations; making mid-course corrections; and learning the game.
