This year's theme is "Strategic Collaboration Is the Competitive Advantage: Leading, Understanding, and Building the Collaborative Community" Preconference seminars begin the morning of February 21, with the full conference program February 21–23, 2007 and a postconference seminar will be offered the afternoon of February 23rd.
