Discover how the University of Texas at Arlington is leveraging ITIL to transform and unite its IT organization. In this session, basic ITIL processes will be reviewed. Participants will explore how the activities of defining IT processes help develop understanding and clarity throughout the IT organization. In this inside-out approach, we will uncover how IT can provide better service to the institution while working more strongly and cohesively together as a unit.
