Have people get to know each other

Check-in's and feedback is necessary.

With online and F2F, foster a safe and "Growth Mind Set" to foster productive collaborations.

2. Are there existing or emerging tools that are particularly useful for collaborative learning? How many are supported on your campus?

The tools used depend on the goals. what is the person trying to accomplish?

Collaborative tools are evolving, and it's a fast-moving landscape. We saw synchronous and asynchronous tools that try to be text/image editing tools, have user generated content.

Many of our tools are supported locally in departments, and in the specific schools and colleges, not often centrally.
