Instructional Technologies Community Group

This EDUCAUSE community group is to provide a forum for all topics related to instructional technologies. Instructional technology combines an understanding of pedagogy and technology. With this field rapidly changing due to the continual evolution of underlying technologies, enhanced understanding of learning, and discipline-driven changes within the subjects being taught the topics discussed in this group range from learner-centered principles to technology selection and key issues relating to instructional technologies. The EDUCAUSE Instructional Technologies community group includes a diverse membership of faculty, staff, and students with a wide range of professional backgrounds and expertise in technology and education. This group meets at the EDUCAUSE annual conference and uses the electronic discussion list to discuss issues throughout the year.
