Alertus Desktop follow-up
All, Thank you everyone who responded to my emails and it sounds like the Alertus Desktop works well with both RAVE and BlackBoard Connect. I have included some additional questions since we have had some discussions about the time and effort (ROI) for such a deployment compared to the text messaging systems which are stellar in getting the word out quickly. *How many clients are installed? *In your deployment did you include students? *How did you install the client for employees and/or students? *Is your Alertus Desktop system an opt-in or opt-out? *How much deployment or after deployment support was required? *Did you have any notable issues with either Windows or Mac installs?
