Colleagues, Firstly, I've recently started in the Higher Education sector (August 15) and am very excited about what I've seen so far... can't wait to meet many of you who I'm sure plan to attend Educause next week! Secondly, my apologies for an e-mail reply that went to the list when I intended it to go to one person. As my kids would say "My bad!' Finally, the business matter at hand... We are going to the street with an RFP for a replacement solution to our in-house ERP system. Part of our planning for the RFP is to have legal review the document before it goes out. Our procurement rules dictate that I will need to get three quotes (minimum) for the work. Does anyone happen to have a statement of work on hand for something like this? On a related note, KPMG is assisting us with writing the ERP - RFP. If anyone has a recent one to share, that would be appreciated too... we're entering the draft/review/draft/review cycle shortly and any comparators would be a great addition to the process. Thanks and see you next week, Roy (Excellent listserv by the way - special thanks to Theresa Rowe for letting me know about it!) -- ____________________________ Roy Hart Chief Information Officer Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology 8 The Seneca Way, Markham, ON (416) 491-5050 #77799 ********** Participation and subscription information for this EDUCAUSE Constituent Group discussion list can be found at
