HEISC Privacy Community Group
This EDUCAUSE community group focuses on privacy issues and challenges in higher education. Discussion topics include the intersection of IT and privacy, as well as privacy issues related to security, surveillance, analytics/big data, compliance, policies, Internet of Things, etc. This group is a forum for open discussion on these topics as well as a place to share strategies and solutions.
This group coordinates with the EDUCAUSE Higher Education Chief Privacy Officers (HE-CPO) community group and helps identify project ideas for that group to address.
