EDUCAUSE Live! | The Learning Space Rating System

The Learning Space Rating System (LSRS) provides institutions with a measure of how their classrooms and support operations encourage active learning. This project has created a set of measurable criteria that assess how physical environments enable a spectrum of active teaching and learning engagements. These criteria form the basis for a rating system that will allow institutions to benchmark their environments against best practices within the higher education community. The LSRS project recently released a beta draft of the standards. Come to this session to hear more and learn how you can get involved in using and improving the beta draft.
