New Faculty Training at Scale

Southern New Hampshire University's is one of the fastest growing not-for-profit universities in the country. This session will review online training used in the recruitment and training process at SNHU's College of Online and Continuing Education. The three-week training course focuses on student success and features technical and pedagogical points, along with communication and tone elements. Over the next year, SNHU will add 2,000 adjunct faculty members to the teaching ranks.
