Seminar 01Z - Creating a Successful Security Awareness Program

Wednesday, April 06 | 2:00PM–5:30PM | Bonham C/Third Level
Session Type: Professional Development
Information security is often focused on technical controls; however, unwitting user behavior can overcome the effectiveness of many of these technical controls. An effective security awareness program can help users understand the risks they face and help them take the needed precautions to protect themselves and others. This session will help attendees identify key components of an information security awareness program and provide a framework for success.
