- Documentation actually begins before anything else and is a continuous process. Its focus, however, changes during the project. Early it will document decision and processes. Later it will be doing system documentation.
- Training development cannot begin until some work has been done on BPR and the system. Otherwise, like ODS development, it is trying to hit a moving target.
