IT Service Management

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a set of detailed practices for IT activities such as IT service management.  IT service management as a concept involves the adoption and implementation of ITSM (IT Service Management) process and supporting procedures in higher education. In addition to articles, papers, and presentations, EDUCAUSE provides a forum for discussing ITIL and ITSM issues in higher education through a community group.
