Abstract

This book guides chief administrative and financial officers through the necessary strategies and complex set of decisions and actions involved with upgrading campuswide financial information systems. Published jointly by NACUBO and CAUSE, the book covers every phase of the process--articulating a strategic framework; facilitating institution-wide perspective and buy-in; structuring and managing the project; determining business and technology requirements; selecting a solution; and implementing the system. The process detailed in this book is applicable to any type of system implementation.
