Abstract
New functionality and features will affect specific constituents on campus. What issues arise with reducing licensing granularity? What are the implications when commercial information vendors offer individual users a choice of multiple service levels, trading more functionality for more personal information? Will some users forgo privacy to receive more tailored services? This session will explore these issues and offer time for discussion.
