Abstract
Higher education is expected to train the workers of the future using the technologies of tomorrow. How can IT policies impact how we produce the human resources our country needs to compete in the global economy? Experts from government, industry, and higher education will share their insights on the impact that IT policy, supported by a robust cyberinfrastructure, has on America's competitiveness in the global economy and the consequences to our nation if we don't keep abreast with other countries.
