Abstract
This presentation provides a history and background of EDUCAUSE, along with current activities and projects such as Net@EDU, .EDU, PKI, and NMI. Further details are also provided regarding current initiatives of the EDUCAUSE/Internet2 Computer and Network Security Task Force. Projects and initiatives include: REN-ISAC, Framework for Action, Higher Education's contribution to the National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace, NSF-funded workshop agendas and outcomes, ACE's letter to college and university Presidents, and opportunities for collaboration.
