What does it take to build a rock-solid infrastructure for 24 x 7 e-services? We will discuss the components of an integrated solution-network infrastructure, servers and storage, middleware for e-services, and service management-that minimize unplanned outages and meet customer expectations for availability, integrity, and performance.
